19.5 FOY reward coins will be returned to your account once the return or cancellation is validated. The returned FOY coins will be based on the value of the product that is returned.

3.1 The Platform may include links to third-party websites, payment gateways, logistics providers, brand partners, or other external services.
3.2 FOY does not control and is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of such third-party services.
3.3 Your use of third-party services shall be governed by their respective terms and policies.
4.1 These Terms shall remain effective from the date of publication on the Platform until terminated.
4.2 FOY reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Platform or your Account without prior notice if:

b) you provide false or misleading information;
c) fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity is suspected;
d) misuse of the Platform, returns, refunds, or promotions occurs; or

d) infringement of third-party rights.
6.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, FOY shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity.
6.2 FOY’s total liability arising out of any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific Product giving rise to the claim.
6.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where such exclusion is not permitted under applicable law.
FOY shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, government actions, cyber-attacks, power outages, or logistics disruptions.
8.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including the Indian Contract Act, 1872 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.
8.2 Subject to applicable law, the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform.
These Terms constitute an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and do not require physical or digital signatures.
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and enforceable.
Failure by FOY to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such provision.
You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without FOY’s prior written consent. FOY may assign its rights and obligations without restriction.

13.2 Updated Terms shall be effective upon publication on the Platform.
