Remove the pad from its individual wrapper.

Open the wings and release the adhesive backing.

Place the pad securely onto the centre of your undergarment.

Fold the wings over the edges of your underwear and press firmly to secure.

Wrap the used pad in its original wrapper or toilet paper.

Dispose of the wrapped pad in a trash bin.
